Waitlist privacy notice

Who we are

RevoraX is a South African sales recruitment platform. For this notice, RevoraX is the responsible party under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). You can reach us at [email protected].

What we collect

When you join the waitlist or email us, we collect what you give us: your name, email address and, if you choose, your phone number.

If you are hiring, we also collect your company name, roughly how many sales people you plan to hire and whether you would like a demo. If you are looking for a role, we also collect your current or most recent sales role and your city.

Why we collect it

We use your details only to contact you about RevoraX: to tell you when the platform opens, to invite you to sign up, and to arrange a demo if you asked for one. We do not sell your details or share them with anyone else for their own use, and we do not add you to other mailing lists.

Where it is stored

The waitlist form is run by Tally, which stores responses in the European Union. Responses are copied to a Google Sheet that only RevoraX can access. This means your details are stored outside South Africa, with providers that protect personal information to a standard comparable to POPIA. By joining the waitlist you consent to this.

The form uses Google reCAPTCHA to block spam, which is subject to Google's privacy policy and terms.

How long we keep it

We keep your waitlist details until 12 months after RevoraX launches, or until you ask us to remove them, whichever comes first. If you sign up for the platform, its own privacy policy applies from then on.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, or have them deleted, and you can object to us contacting you. Email [email protected] and we will act on it promptly.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa (inforegulator.org.za).
